We have become co-victims of a scammer group, who, under our company name (Region Apartments), has taken money from people by having them paid in advance for a holiday rental in Amsterdam and other cities in The Netherlands. These scammers demanded a prepayment without having apartments available. It's a person who calls herself Mona Richter or Martina Bellinghausen (these names are fake and used by the scammers). They are operating on domains like regionapartment.com , www.region-apartments.com . If you have been scammed. Please contact your local police. Give them the e-mails and payment statement from your bank.
RegionApartments.com is a legit organization that is in no way related to this person or organization. We never ask for a prepayment. We are a web service that connects searchers and landlords and have only long term housing. No holiday rentals.
